Discover Zaccone's Restaurant

When you're in the mood for a delicious meal in Philadelphia, Zaccone's Restaurant at 3151 Cottman Ave is a place you should definitely check out. This cozy diner offers a friendly atmosphere with great food that leaves a lasting impression. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, Zaccone’s is a solid choice for anyone craving hearty meals, generous portions, and a down-to-earth vibe.

Walking into Zaccone’s, you immediately get a sense of warmth and comfort. The restaurant isn’t too fancy, but it has a welcoming charm that makes you feel like you're at home. The menu is diverse, featuring everything from classic American diner favorites to some more unique offerings that are hard to find elsewhere in the city.

One of the standout items on the menu is the meatloaf, a dish that many regulars swear by. It's perfectly seasoned and baked to a tender finish, served with a side of mashed potatoes and rich brown gravy. Every bite is a comforting reminder of what a good, home-cooked meal should taste like. And for those who prefer something a little lighter, the salad options are fresh and crisp, with just the right amount of dressing.

Breakfast at Zaccone’s is equally impressive. From pancakes and waffles to omelets filled with all kinds of toppings, there's something to satisfy every craving. Their homemade corned beef hash is a fan favorite and pairs perfectly with a cup of hot coffee. For those who enjoy a more traditional breakfast, the bacon, eggs, and toast are always spot on.

What sets Zaccone’s apart, though, isn’t just the food-it’s the experience. The staff here is friendly and always ready with a smile. It's clear that they care about making your visit enjoyable. Whether you’re a regular or a first-time guest, you’re treated like family. Plus, the prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity of food you get, which is a major plus in a city full of expensive dining options.

The location itself is easy to find, located on Cottman Avenue, which is a major road in the area. Parking is typically not an issue, as there’s usually space available nearby, making it convenient for those who are driving in.

In terms of ambiance, Zaccone’s strikes a perfect balance between being casual and inviting. It's the kind of place where you can stop by for a quick bite or settle in for a leisurely meal with friends or family. There's something special about a diner where the food tastes homemade, and the service feels personal. That’s the kind of experience Zaccone's provides-one that’s genuine and heartwarming.

It’s no surprise that Zaccone’s has earned its loyal following. Reviewers frequently mention not only the delicious food but also the consistent quality and service. The establishment maintains a solid reputation for offering a dependable and satisfying dining experience.

If you're looking for variety, Zaccone’s won’t disappoint. They offer a full menu, and while there are many diners in Philadelphia, not all of them manage to offer such a wide range of meals with the same level of quality. You can expect classic diner dishes, but you’ll also find seasonal specials and unique twists on traditional meals.

For dessert, Zaccone’s doesn’t skimp either. Their pies, especially the apple pie, are freshly baked and always a perfect way to end a meal. With a satisfying blend of sweet and tart, each slice feels like a treat from a home kitchen rather than a typical diner dessert.

What also stands out about Zaccone’s is its consistent delivery on quality over the years. Many diners go through changes, but Zaccone’s has kept its roots intact. The focus is on providing solid, dependable meals that feel like they were made with care. This commitment to quality is what makes Zaccone's not just another restaurant in Philadelphia, but a local gem that has earned the trust and respect of its customers.

So, if you find yourself near 3151 Cottman Ave, Philadelphia, PA, make sure to stop by and enjoy a meal at Zaccone’s Restaurant. Whether you’re in the mood for a comforting dinner or a satisfying breakfast, you’re sure to find something that hits the spot. It’s the kind of place where you’ll want to return, again and again, every time you crave something delicious and dependable.

  • To be in a little house in the midst of houses, this place is a hidden gem. I think they can do a little more with the decor but the food was absolutely fantastic! The bread was standard and so was the salad but the entrees, that was where it was at!

  • This place is special to me. Used to go with my grandmother and great uncle (both Italian) who lived very close. The family would always come over and speak Italian and be extremely welcoming. Now the food, delicious. My grandmother and great uncle both passed recently so I need to go back with my wife!! Can’t wait to get here again!

  • Family owned and operated restaurant since 1992. For the last 10 or so years we’ve patronized this family restaurant and can honestly say never had a bad meal. The food is fresh and cooked to perfection. Nowadays there’s not a big menu to get lost in however what they offer is a collection of their best dishes throughout the years that does not disappoint along with daily additions. If your looking for a quiet cozy dining experience look no further then Zaccone’s say hello to the mom and dad working the floor along side their daughter and granddaughters while the son is the chef in the kitchen. This is so rare in today’s world with the entire family playing a part in this business. Help make this their best year ever. Tonight we went with Veal Parm & the best Rib Eye I’ve had in a while. Great dinner thank you. BYOB cash only

  • This cozy hidden gem is a family owned and operated Italian cuisine delight. It's a BYOB so at least you're not getting beat up for overcharged drinks. The servings sizes were just right for one person. The taste was delicious. I had the Saltambucca. It was seasoned just right, the meat, tender. All the food that was brought out looked incredible and no one in my party of eight had a complaint about any of it. I got to the dinner almost an hour late so I can't speak for the time before i arrived. The service was very personal. They treated us well, and were very friendly. They checked on us frequently and made sure everything was to our liking. I will definitely return. It's a great spot for a large family dinner or a date night.
